3.2 The creation or operation of more than one account by an individual for accessing the Services is strictly forbidden.
3.3 To create or hold an account with us is not allowed if you are identified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP), a Head of an International Organisation (HIO), or a close relative or associate of either (collectively referred to as "PEP/HIO Related Persons"). Should there be any change in your status as a PEP/HIO Related Person post registration, you are obliged to inform us without delay.
3.4 Only one account per household, email, phone number, IP address, payment method, e-wallet and device is allowed, to support the rule of maximum one account per individual. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and/or device, we must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. We retain the right to still enforce these limitations, unless sufficient evidence satisfies the one account rule when assessed individually. 6. Management of Account Balances, Deposits, and Withdrawals

15. Our Right to Suspend or Terminate Services
15.1 Should your account show no signs of activity, signified by a successful log in to your account, for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as an "Inactive Account." An inactivity fee of $15 (or its equivalent in other currencies) will be charged monthly until the account balance depletes to zero. At zero balance, the account will automatically close. To reactivate a closed Inactive Account for future use of the Services, you must contact our customer support. We will make efforts to notify you if your account becomes inactive and before any inactivity fees are applied.
15.2 If it comes to our attention that you are, or were at any time, below the age required to engage with our Services:

(b) Any funds that were deposited while you were underage will be returned to you, after deducting any winnings that were paid out from those deposits. 20.6 We will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, labour disputes, power failures, governmental or authority actions, telecommunications network failures, or actions of third parties. In such events, we may suspend or cancel our Services without liability.
20.7 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations, undertakings, or promises not expressly stated in these Terms.
20.8 Notices to us must be sent to our registered office address. Notices to you will be sent to the postal or email address provided by you, unless you inform us of a different address or email.
20.9 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. You agree that the courts of Curaçao will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claims arising from or relating to these Terms.
20.10 These Terms may be provided to you in another language for convenience, but the English language version will prevail in case of any conflict.
